US SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We know how you feel when you are anxiously waiting for your online product order! GMJ Beauty does our best to have a speedy shipping process and delivery flow. Please note that for items ordered before 10.59am PCT (Pacific Standard Time) on a business day, we will attempt to ship your order within 1-2 business days. Our shipping carrier is FedEx and our standard shipping rate will generally deliver within 4-5 business days after FedEx receives our packages.
Express Shipping Options
GMJ Beauty utilizes the US Postal Service or FedEx as shipping carriers to better serve our customers. FedEx and the US Postal Service are generally reliable and fast delivery. However, once the product(s) leaves our warehouse, we have no control over FedEx actual delivery time.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. The styling product may be returned in unopened and unused condition within 30 days of purchase date for refund but the customer will be responsible for shipping cost to GMJ Beauty and to ensure the unused and unopened product is securely shipped to us. Please notify GMJ Beauty at info@gmjbeauty.com prior to returning the product and confirming it is still new condition. Once shipped, please email us the tracking number. Returned opened and/or used product is subject to 25% restocking fee. However, all hair extension sales are final and no exchange.
GMJ BEAUTY WARRANTY
GMJ Beauty Hair Styling Tool One (1) Year Limited Warranty
GMJ offers a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase from GMJ. The limited warranty only covers manufacturer defects and failures, such as electronic components failure, lack of functional heat, switch failures, and/or faulty swivel cords.
The limited warranty does not cover for normal wear and tear, scratches, cracks, chips, any plates/barrel damaged due to usage such as being dropped or any damage due to moisture from, for instance, leaving the product in a bathroom or humid area for long period of time. All defective product(s) need pre-authorization from GMJ prior to return to GMJ. All defective returns must be shipped via pre-paid freight with a tracking number provided to GMJ.
Steps to Return under the Warranty
- Email us (info@gmjbeauty.com) with the following information.
- Subject Line: Return - Product Number
- Email Content
- You Name and Your Contact Information (Cell and Email)
- A copy of your receipt attached to the email
- Reason for Return (please be very specific)
- Once you have obtained the approval to return, please package the return product(s) in secure packaging.
- Please include a copy(s) of your original receipt.
- Please ship return product(s) via a carrier who issues a tracking number.
* Please ensure the return product is properly secured as GMJ Beauty will not be responsible for return any product(s) that are damaged during the shipping process.
- Please email the tracking number once the defective product(s) is shipped to info@gmjbeauty.com.
- Once GMJ Beauty receives the return product(s), we will inspect it and will inform the customer of the qualification of free replacement(s).
- GMJ Beauty will do our best to take care of your return within 14 business days of receipt.
